He turned around and glared at her. Simply rolling his eyes he drank the firewhiskey. “Mckinnon..” he said softly, his brain was fighting with him. Wanting him to do the right thing, laugh of the opinions. He knew them to be false, deep down. He struggled, shaking it off. “I kno…” he stopped himself and felt everything clench. “Marlene… get away… get away…”

Marlene's eyebrows knitted together, Sirius only got like this when his family bothered him to the point of exhaustion. "I'm not going anywhere." She responded fiercely, taking careful steps forward. "Sir, you alright?" She asked calmly. She'd seen him get angry, of course, but she'd never seen him so... so... confused. It was like he was battling with himself, and losing. "What's wrong?"
