“Taintless Collection,” the Marvellous Spring/Summer 2016 Lookbook from Cape Town Designer Lukhanyo Mdingi.
Unveiled during the recent South African Menswear Fashion Week in Cape Town, the latest offering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology-educated designer follows his previously enthralling Fall 2015 and Pre-Fall 2015 collections.
Featuring various tones of dark blue hues, with his Taintless collection Mdingi’s aim was to seamlessly blur the gender-oriented lines between menswear and womenswear: “Instead of pertaining created pieces to one distinct gender, the aim was to create a collection that is for all individuals,” says the designer.

Both my pieces are also still up at @kalashnikovvgallery #drawingtheline show. I made 10 copies of each. Sold 3 on the ‘Mouth Face’ and 1 piece on the ‘amantombazane’ piece. You can still get a rare piece for your pozi too. Come show face. #art
