3 Pin Challenge // 3 Goddesses Ep.4

Hey, Ho. Here's another video. I am not as proud in these as I want to be. I'd definitely re do their designs. I do apologize that I kinda rushed thought these drawing though. I did 3 characters, and do yall remember episode 2 ^^, well these are the 3 wives that tamed the arrogant Cad Highgate.

Lady Laura, The Goddess of The Day and Wishes. She controls the sun and grants the wishes of her followers. When I was thinking about the power I wanted her to have, my brain was thinking about the movie Wish. I was inspired by the concept of people placing their wishes into the care of someone and then having a chance of them being granted. But everyone would remember their wishes, instead of them simply forgetting them and it never getting granted. I also love the idea that Lady Laura wouldn’t actually grant it, I believe she would give you the motivation to achieve it.

Lady Seika, The Goddess of The Night, The Sea, and Women. I loosely got the idea from Avatar the Last air bender, yaknow Princess Yue who holds part of the moon spirit within her. Later she sacrifices herself to be the moon spirit again. Another thing I thought about was how the moon had a gravitational pull on the ocean, that's where the splash of waves comes from. Within different mythologies, the moon is often associated with feminine energy. Lady Seika followers would most likely consist of women who seek independence or power. I don’t mean power as in like being a queen or high ranked. I mean power, like confidence and self protection.

Lady Mary, Goddess of Innocence and Dreams. She controls dreams and protects the innocent, most commonly known as children. I believe she would have similar powers to Princess Luna from My little Pony, where she can enter this realm where dreams manifest.

I GOT A 4 // Ap 2d Art and Design Video

For my theme I choose to portray Depression and Anxiety within Myself. Think of it as a self portrait of my mental health. I choose this theme because I have always been struggling with my mental health for as long as I remember, or at least since I was 12, when I remember the symptoms first started showing up. I struggled with my depression throughout Highschool but it started to take its toll on me around junior year and it just bleed into Senior year.

While it’s not common, I did choose to do animation/digital art as my medium. Though I couldn't post them to the actual portfolio.
