Hi! I love your art so so much that you've insipired me to start drawing again! Any tips on the face and hair? I'm often disappointed by the results of my own art because they don't look the way i want them to be :(
I really wanna get better but i don't know where to begin.
Hi! Your question actually made me think quite a lot. I'm afraid I can't really give any specific advice, because the way I draw now is mostly just a combination of many years of experience and my own visual perception and way of thinking.
I'm self taught and never even properly studied from art books, so the main thing I can recommend is using references whenever something feels difficult. Over time, you'll naturally need them less and less. You can also watch videos from professional artists who review and critique artwork sent in by their followers, sometimes it's easier to recognize your own mistakes in someone else's work, and that can really help you improve.
And most importantly: if you truly enjoy drawing, don't give up and don't be afraid of making mistakes or simply abandoning a piece and moving on to the next one. A lot of artists stay dissatisfied with their work no matter how skilled they become. I'm not an exception, I still consider myself very far from being a professional, and most of my own drawings leave me unhappy with the result no matter how much people try to convince me otherwise.
If you keep having thoughts that your art will never be good enough, just give yourself time and remember that perfection has no limit, and progress is never a straight line - it's a graph full of ups and downs.

Lets ask my friend to NEVER commission Vogel from me EVER AGAIN.
No explanation needed.
My best friend commissioned me to paint Verner Vogel with the print of my wallpaper on his clothes...
