Do not lose sight of your goals. They’re still there, as beautiful as ever. This does not stop you from achieving them. No. This will not pull you back.

🌱🌳🌻🐝🐞 Gardening has been a hobby for me for years. Quarantine has just changed how I garden. This afternoon four of us were working in this small garden space prepping it for an abundance of food for this summer. 👩🌾🍅🍓🥕🥬 It was lovely to have company in the garden. 💛
There is a new fence going in to keep the friendly deer out. Raised beds to get a handle on the weeds. Tiny hoops inside the greenhouse for the tender new seedlings. 💜🌱💜
We are all in different places but there are ways we can get fresh veggies going. A small back yard can provide a surprising amount of food. 🏡🍒🍆🌶️🥕
Window sills can be a wonderful place for some happy herbs. A patio with potted veggies is another option.
Gardening is also a wonderful way to calm the mind and relax. People might think I am crazy😜 but plants feel our love and they return it to us with the abundance they give us. 💛🌾🌱🌻💚☘️🌺🌹💛
If you are thinking you have never done gardening but would like to give it a try, there are many wonderful videos out there by great gardeners that are very helpful. 🌱
Much love to all and happy growing if you are or decide to give gardening a try. 💜
I would love to see what you have going on.
During this time of the world changing before our eyes.
Go inward and pay attention to what is happening in your heart.
Take time to breathe the clean air.
Appreciate the beauty around you.
Get enough rest.
Find what you are most passionate about.
Do something you have always wanted to do.
Love those around you.
Taking time to Evaluate
When things are going well I am always flying high and happy. But when things are not going so well I get frustrated and grouchy. Earlier last week while journaling I started pondering why that is and wondering why I couldn’t take it patiently when things didn’t go as planned.
Those times seem to always bring the most learning and productivity.
I had to think of Eragon, (has anyone read those books?) and I thought it wouldn’t hurt to exercise that idea of sitting and observing with no judgment and no high awareness on many one thing. But to quietly pay attention to everything at the same time.
Than later that week I had the opportunity. I had a day that I was thinking I need to get a few extra hours in to catch up on my work for that week. But of course nothing was working out, and after a few hours I still didn’t have anything completed.
So I dropped everything and went outside to work on my south garden. Later I went for a hike in the rain with Jared. And would you believe it? We came up with a great idea for moving forward in both of our companies.
That idea in itself was enough of a success for the whole day.
Moral of the story… Take a break from focusing on details when it’s not working and get out in the fresh air. It does wonders for us.
This morning I stepped outside for a breath of fresh air before starting my work.
The stars were still out, the moon was high in the sky, a waning crescent.
Snuggled in the cradle of the moon was a star while mars hid behind the moon. Jupiter was trailing behind and all was at peace.
I love these moments in the morning when there is time for quite and meditation on the joys of life.

I thought I would tell you a little bit about what I am about...
My passion lies around permaculture, living a sustainable lifestyle, education, and being able to live a life that has meaning.
I worked in retail for many years and while I enjoyed it to some extend I knew it was not what I wanted to continue to do. I got a job as a nanny, and then worked as an Assistant Montessori Teacher which I thoroughly enjoyed.
I still care for children at my home part-time but I now work from home as an affiliate marketer and help others in similar work reach their goals.
I am here to inspire others to believe in themselves and follow their dreams. It is possible, we just have to believe we can do it. This does not always mean changing our job. Sometimes it is only changing how we look at it, or how we go about it.
So yes, lets do this journey into where we want to be in life together and see where we find our joy.
