There were never 18 years without war in israel
every boy that was born here knows the way to the school's shelter. every girl knows how the missile alarm sounds like. every man knows what they mean in passover when they say "that in every generation they come for us to destroy us".every woman here knows what the terror organizations are called and what they want.
my child will grow without war. my child will not know the school's shelter. my child will not know the sound of alarm. my child will know not of terror organizations. my child will not understand what we mumble on passover.
we need to win this war. for this kid. and milions unborn like him. so that i can honsetly tell them, "when you'll grow old, you won't go to the army"
Commentary from a Palestinian man who is one of the most based people on X right now btw

Massive love and shoutout to Hindus, Iranians, and Indians who have shown so much love and support for Jews and Israel since the war started. Jews have a long memory and we do not forget who stood with us when it mattered.
It's grossly disingenuous to claim "no cease-fire" is a call to genocide, while Hamas still holds hostages and has promised endless massacres until either they or Israel are eradicated, and at the same time that "from the river to the sea" isn't, when the expulsion of Jews ("go back to Poland") is an explicit demand of so many who employ that phrase.
While on the subject of genocide: several thousand total deaths, military and civilian (Hamas does not distinguish and its numbers are not credible), over the course of a month-long campaign of urban warfare, does not constitute genocide. Genocide is the systematic attempt to exterminate an entire people, not the casualties to be expected in a war Hamas started. By conflating war with genocide, misuse of the word "genocide" only serves to minimize the genocides and ethnic cleansings suffered by Jewish communities around the world from the Holocaust through to the present day (see also: Yemen and Tunisia). Unless that is your goal, do not cheapen that word.
War is horrific. War is hell, as famously said by one of America's foremost practitioners of the art. War is a tragedy. We should all strive to avoid it. But this one is unavoidable and necessary. If you want to do good, contribute to reconstruction after Hamas is gone. But for God's sake, stop misusing "genocide".
I love ending e-mails with "thank you in advance". Like what are you going to now? Not do the thing I already thanked you for? Bring dishonor on yourself like that? No? I didn't think so. Check mate you have been played by the master of manipulation.
Funny how in Europe Jews weren’t recognized as European and always told to go back to where we came from yet when we do that’s suddenly when we are “accepted” as European. Funny huh. Seems like there might be something deeper at work here. What could it possibly be? Oh I don’t know maybe antisemitism?!?? To antisemites we will always be the face of what they think is evil and now that has taken the form of white European settler colonialism so that is what they paint us as. We’ve been crying out about this form of antisemitism on the left for years and now see where it’s taken us. There is an utter disregard for Jewish lives.
When Hamas terrorists attacked a Bedouin Muslim family, on October 7, 2023 the father shouted to them "We are Arabs!" "To this they replied "You are more Jews than Jews!" ".
The terrorists later killed the father, and shot the 5-year-old Atalla.
The police arrived and the paramedic determined that Atalla would never survive, but decided to move him to the hospital anyway, despite terrorists still roaming the area.
A few days later, little Atalla opened his eyes in the hospital, and met the police officers who saved him. He already told them he wants to join the police when he grows up.

Any time I see people call Israel a settler colonialist state I think about the history of the Mizrahi Jews who remained in Judea.
Mizrahi Jews in the seventh century, whose families had lived as native Israelites for 1,800 years, watching the Rashidun Caliphate move the first major wave of Arab Muslim migration into the imperial conquest they called "Military Palestine".
Mizrahi Jews who, over the course of the next 1,200 years, remained in the Levant. The ones who faced persecution, pogroms, and massacres under the Caliphates and Ottomans. The ones who stood strong and stayed put, as access to holy sites they had prayed at for three thousand years were taken from them. The ones who were faced with a choice between conversion and death, but chose neither.
Mizrahi Jews who watched as the modern State of Israel was established-- perhaps sighing in relief for just a moment. Maybe now, they would not be persecuted minorities in the land they had lived in for over three thousand years. Only to see other Mizrahim forced to flee their homes in Morocco, Yemen, Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon, Iran... Muslim-ruled countries that, through official law or social persecution, intentionally forced other Middle Eastern Jews to leave their homes and settle in Israel.
And the Mizrahi Jews today, who are the majority of the population of Israel. Most Israelis today are either Mizrahim who had lived in what is now Israeli territory for millennia, or Mizrahim who lived nearby and were forced by Muslim-majority nations to immigrate to Israel. Now, they get called "settler colonists", they get called "Europeans", they get called "fascists" and "Zionists". The world accuses them of occupying and stealing Palestinian land.
What were they supposed to have done differently?
It will never cease to amaze me how people can casually say “Israel is a colonizer state” when they literally have ancient ties to the land??? There aren’t any Palestinian artifacts that have been uncovered, unless you count any Roman shit, since they gave the land that name in the first place.
Sure, we can all have our holy sites there, whether they’re Muslim, Jewish or Christian. Never mind that Jews are straight up barred from some of their own holy sites.
But to deny the fact that Jews and Israelis are indigenous to the land is such a misinformed notion…
If you're sitting here calling for a ceasefire maybe look up the record of every other time Israel did a ceasefire. Who always broke it first? Because it wasn't Israel. What you're asking for when you're saying you want a ceasefire is for Hamas to have the opportunity to do this again. Call for them to release the fucking hostages instead.
Probably because it’s not actually about Muslim solidarity. It’s about Jewish hatred.
This is the same reason the BDS movement is so successful. It’s not really about Palestine; it’s about hating Israel. Which is why there isn’t really a movement to stop shopping at Shein or Temu - both of which use Uyghur labor to make their goods.
Despite the Uyghurs being in labor camps, there aren’t massive protests in the streets chanting “free the Uyghurs”. Let alone “gas the Chinese” or “kill the Chinese”.
No one actually cares. Not even their own community seems to care. But they all seem to care about hating Jews.
ooh controversial opinion incoming ooh
a lot of people have granted Jews conditional whiteness to invalidate violence committed against them.
Israel builds an aquifer in Gaza. Hamas destroys it. Western media blames Israel for Gaza having no water.
Israel sends fuel to Gaza. Hamas steals it and hordes it in tanks. Western media blames Israel for Gaza having no fuel.
Egypt and Jordan close their borders to Palestine while Israel leaves them open for humanitarian reasons. Western media blames Israel for the Palestinians having no escape route.
Israel warns Palestinian civilians that they’re going to demolish a building used by Hamas. Hamas locks civilians inside to use their deaths for propaganda. Western media blames Israel for the deaths.
At what point does a Palestinian become responsible for their own choices? We can’t keep treating them like inherently violent animals helpless to winds of fate, it’s not sustainable.
I'm not holding my breath, but it would very nice if white leftists would take this time to recognize and then truly educate themselves on just how much Jews have been colonized.
Like the facts that we are called Jews and our ethno-religion is called Judaism yet we don't have J sound in our language. Like that we as a people are going by name that is not actually our name, but it is just a battle I think we are too exahusted to fight.
Or how about when we all have to hear about "Jewish last names" but that is really about Ashkenazi Jews' surnames and they don't even know that those last names are all European. They have no clue we never had last names before certain points in Diaspora.
It would be amazing if white leftists took this time to study history and to get familiar with the reality of what has been like for Jews and to understand just how much we have be colonized and all the ways it still effects and how we still deal with it.
Especially if they want to go talking about colonization as whole and its massive ripple effects. Because how can anyone talk about that topic and how to decolonize if they don't ever touch the very important part of the structure which is the colonization of Jews.
But again I won't hold my breath. It would just be nice is all.
