— pled guilty to a felony for doctoring and tampering with evidence, including deliberately lying to the FISA court as part of the Russian collusion hoax—an attempt to overthrow the United States government.

Chief Judge James Boasberg, who served on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), gave Kevin Clinesmith a slap on the wrist, despite John Durham’s sentencing recommendation of imprisonment.

In other words, James Boasberg also took part in the conspiracy for the overthrow of the U.S. government in 2016.
