Blog: terranalexander Name: עליון -- Elyon ("God on High") Alexander Stark Class: Half-Angel, Half-Horseman Seal: N/A Vessel: N/A (FC: Charlie Rowe) Horse: ??? ("Daddy! Uncka Death! I want a horse, too!") Power: Accelerated physical aging, growth, and regeneration; telepathy, flight, healing through touch, destruction through touch, empathy. The extent of his powers beyond this is unknown as they've yet to be fully developed. Weapon of Choice: Currently learning archery and the uses of small blades from Zachariel. About: Conceived of pure energy between the Archangel Zachariel and Horseman War, Elyon's spirit appeared to them as a ball of white light, with swirls and flecks of red and gold energy. To protect him in such a vulnerable state, Zachariel carried him within his own vessel until an appropriate vessel could be found. With the help of Death, Elyon settled into an infant's body -- but he quickly became displeased with the limitations of such a young, tiny, dependent vessel and began to age rapidly to better accommodate his spiritual maturity level. The body is currently the equivalent of a 10- to 12-year-old's and will likely continue to grow quickly (about 3-4 years for every one spent on Earth) before plateauing again.

Elyon is a young, independent spirit -- he is naive and easily swayed and manipulated. Much like his parents, he is impatient, short-tempered and quick to anger, but he is also capable of great joy and love. He feels emotions very keenly and intensely, and his moods are prone to swinging wildly. He has many of Zachariel's angelic gifts -- including a pair of white wings he can materialize and disappear at will -- and has developed a few powers of his own. While he has the ability to heal with a touch, he also has the ability to destroy -- the materials of an object or structure will crumble and break apart. This power has not been tested on a living being. He is learning to respect the balance, to acknowledge when to use these powers appropriately.

For those beings in-the-know, his existence and parentage serve as points of contention between the two sides of Heaven and Hell. His fathers work to protect Elyon from dissenters who might harm him -- especially those within the inner-most circles of each respective side. Meanwhile, their son works to charm other beings under his own power, to dissuade fears they may have of him. He seeks unification of the two sides through peaceful means... but being born of two powerful, chaotic entities has left a lot of energy and possibilities at his fingertips.

If something major has occurred to your character.  Tell the admins.  That way we can make an accouncement so everyone stays in the loop.  Things can't happen that people randomly find out about in threads.  It's not fair.  

Relationships, changing sides, pregnancy, major injuries you must tell the admins about.

New Rules.

Yes.  This group is set up as a 'Verse' and most people involved label it as a verse.  This group.  Hell on Earth, is its own single verse.  Everything that happens in it happens in the group.  AUs make this group pointless since it is an AU already.

If you want to do an AU with you or another character.  Do not tag it as Hell on Earth, HoE, V: Hell on Earth, hellonearth, or any other form of the tag.  If it is tagged with that it takes place in this groups universe.

There are no AUs allowed in this group.  If you do not like that then please send a message and I will remove your character from the verse.

Leviathan & Behemoth

They were locked away in a cage.  Two creatures so wild they would have devoured all of gods creations.  They were made to destroy, anything and everything.  Leviathan ruled the seas, a great monster with scales and fangs as sharp as anything.  Behemoth ruled the lands, a monster of enormous size and strength.  The destruction of the tree weakened their cage.

And now they are free.

Name: Belial/Pride

Class: Fallen Angel/Sin

Vessel: Dummy Stark

Power: The ability to change perception and what one sees, cause pride among even the most virtuous souls, break those already prideful, general manipulation, retains angelic powers.

Weapon of Choice: Enhanced StarkTech and throwing knifes {Made from angel blades and inscribed with symbols}

About: Belial was an angel forced to prove his worth by going to earth and helping humans being plagued by natural disasters, war, and other manner of terrible things. Bel ended up meeting War while there and they fell in love. Immediately afterwards Bel was cast from heaven and became a Fallen Angel. They were soon separated by angels and battles and other things and Bel was unable to find War again.

Since this happened, Bel became bitter and angry, furious that War gave him worth and then took it away again. So, Bel murdered Pride and became Pride himself, taking his powers. He refuses to take sides, wanting to cause as much chaos as he could. Some day he’d find War again. And War would regret leaving his fallen angel behind.

Name: Genie (nickname shamelessly stolen from their vessel); sometimes goes by “Shinigami Stark” (because alliterations are where it’s at).  Given the name Shinigami because of his location.  He was assigned to watch over Japan, and the name was given to him.

Class: Creature - Reaper

Vessel: Anthony Stark

Power: Has limited ability of de-materializing. (No teleportation, but can appear as wisps of smoke to avoid attacks or just to appear ominous, since his vessel really doesn’t do much in that aspect.)

Weapon of Choice: Genie is an old-fashioned Reaper, carrying a double-headed scythe that can, if needed, be separated into two knives. However, that weapon isn’t used for much more than threatening whoever gets on his nerves. Killing humans has no appeal to this Reaper, he prefers to take them on their own time (e.g. letting them suffer for as long as they want).

About: One of the many children of War and Death (more figuratively than literally), this Reaper does not feel bound to any side or any person in the battle between Heaven and Earth, not even Death, though he answers to Him if addressed directly (War he considers not so much his ‘boss’ as much more ‘the one who makes Reapers overwork without paying anything’). All that battles and wars between angels and demons mean to him is work, and that means to guide the dead so they can be judged by the higher forces.

As a Reaper, Genie is detached, sometimes seeming aloof, with an odd sense of humor. His neutrality is so prominent that it sometimes translates into cruelty - he doesn’t care for helping, least of all for the dying, which hold little interest for him, being little more than future clients.

At the same time, he his sense of humor is overly prominent - no doubt thanks to the influence of his vessel - which makes him appear even more inappropriate to the living, what with the way he’s not even shying away from making bad puns at the dying and taking an almost childlike delight in it when they sputter swear words at him in reply with their last breaths.
