you know what i was wondering about today? how did bucky get the four of them to that abandoned gas station? they'd had to have been all unconscious if he tied them up. i know he's strong but did he have to fireman carry all four of them separately there? he only drove a BIKE. he destroyed the military vehicles and also flipped the limo??

also how did they get out of there once they were all free? i repeat: bucky destroyed the military vehicles and the limo. he had a single motorcycle. what did he do? how did they get from the desert to NYC in like 12 hours with no transportation?

i'm so confused.

(there are plenty of plot holes in this movie but the logistics of this is like really confusing me lol)

Although my actual guess is that another truck showed up after he blew up the limo and they chose to get out of their vehicle for their fight, which was a mistake that gave Bucky a free truck

CA:TFA era stucky where bucky gets captured by enemy agents and they go to read his dog tags and they go "Lo! Behold! We have captured the great Captain Steven G. Rogers!" bc steve and bucky swapped tags and bucky has to go through shenanigans to escape while pretending to be captain america bc how else do you explain him having steve's dog tags around his neck that's pretty intimate he's not gay he's the real captain america

With the holidays upon us, I was thinking about Bucky.

He spent his last "normal" Christmas with his family (and Steve) in 1942. He spent the holidays in '43 and '44 with the Howling Commandos somewhere on the Western European front. They were friends, they were together, but it was still war.

The next 69 years? Hydra. If someone took him out of cryo over the holidays, it was definitely not for anything nice.

The next two years? He spent the holidays in 2014 and 2015 completely alone, barely piecing together his life somewhere far away in a foreign land.

2016? In cryo. Perhaps also those in 2017, unfortunately we don't know how long he was there.

Another five years between 2018 and 2023? Dusted.

And then he never spent Christmas with Steve and his family again because they were all gone. (Fuck you, End*ame!Steve.)

I would give anything for a Thunderbolts Christmas Special, because we know that at least in 2027 he wasn't alone anymore.
