Here are all the references for all my “fancy”/”fantasty” type kirby designs so far. This was done really quick but I plan to post better pictures of them soon like with Magolor and Taranza’s previous posts.

All of these are based off the character’s “title” and used designs based off those. Exept Dedede, who I based more on traditional eastern clothing as he is more of a “self-proclaimed” king of dreamland, and the fact he carries a hammer and has a peace sign which looks really similar to a rabbit (in some japanese folklore and such, its said bunnies pound rice on the moon to make mochi using those type of hammers.)

And marx’s design is supposed to be a mixture of space/ mystical powered things (as NOVA is seen as a sort of higher being in the kirby lore, or was seen as.) and cog wheels, as he fused with NOVA, who resembles a clock/robot.

also sword kirby is sorta there.
