Edit: This user is also extremely problematic on Tumblr, too, most notably having items on their page about "school shooting yaoi"... yikes! Also, to block people on sideblogs, you need to manually add people to your blocklist! Go on the settings of the side blog(s) you want to block them on, scroll down to your block list, and enter the usernames of those you want to block. Thanks @yakobpoe for asking me to clarify this!

I'm going to say both yes and no. I did tease at it once (as a particularly intense scene was playing out, hehe) but for the fetus to actually arrive, Sass would! Die!
So that isn't going to happen. HOWEVER! The themes I use and the way I write Sass for this blog is very very related to the Fetus of Doom ending and Sass' reappearance as a holy, divine figure.
Have you noticed my Sass only uses the pet name "angel" for visitors? Not every visitor- but the rule is she'll never use it on a human! Every square is a rectangle, not every rectangle is a square, you get it
To me, Sass doesn't have to literally die and bring the fetus like we see in the game. It's a more symbolic process, and it's been happening since before she arrived at the house. Take note of her in-game dialogue when you check her teeth, but then hear her out after pulling the gun.
Will you join her on her journey to salvation? Does blind faith comfort you with the promise of safety and answers, or have you been suffocated by the expectations and consequences brought on by sin?

Youuu, my friend, already know the strongest themes! So something you don't know that much about would be the dogs, right? As the author I actually love dogs. I'm 100% a dog person and I love them so so so so much but for Sass I had to go in a different direction that would be more appropriate :)
Sass and the Pale Visitor are opposing forces. He wants the protagonist to be alone and she does everything in her power to make sure he's not alone- physically or emotionally. So when he talks about dogs being the only ones to survive and rule this world, of course we see literal dogs outside, but he's also talking about something else. "Dog" can be used to someone who's fallen to sin, been poisoned by their circumstances.
When Sass hears you talking about dogs, she doesn't think about the animal. She thinks- feels, rather, it's an instinctive reaction- that you're in danger. That you could be trying to introduce a poison to the home. A parasite that would make it feel impossible to truly connect with others.
Check Teeth. Pull out the gun. Hear out.

For a question, what made you get interested in the game? Or more so what made you like Sassy/Seductive woman?

As for getting into NINAH, I don't play games as much as I watch them. During the demo phases it was one of those games that I thought looked interesting and would watch a playthrough of but I didn't actually think of it much or become a solid fan until the full release.
I'm obsessed with psychology and I just got enamored with how the game and characters force you to consider both your own psychology and consider their own. Why does this character act this way in an apocalypse? Do I really have a good reason to judge them? Does seeming odd make them a threat or are they just a human?
The game is literally made up of these situations and Sassy is just one strong example. This woman acts like she knows and cares about you, is she trying to lure you into danger or protect you from it? Her dialogue is the exact same whether she's a visitor or not so there's no way to tell.
Of course the fetus also adds to her intrigue and presence as a character, but this is already long so I'll save it for another ask (if i get one… lol)
