For his crown, I extended one of the...pointy things to match the shape of his antenna! I also made the design similar to the crown design of the Cogork Dancers. Since they're now just...regular ass guys, I wanted to give them a link to eachother since they dont have the unique anatomy anymore. The base of the crown is green to mimic his green head.
For his hair, I gave him cornrows. I did some research, and apparently cornrowns are really low maintanence, very versatile and last pretty long. So I feel like it would suit GP; I imagine him to be a pretty practical person. His hair is also, very long. When tied up (like in the drawing), it reaches to his chest and extends past his waist when it's let down. I also drew him with hair cuffs because I think he'd have some nice, rare metal jewelry as a prince 😭. I also think that he'd like to show off his prince status, and would be very proud of it (in a good way)
For the earring, I based it off these dangling ornaments in Verdania's Shrine. They resemble Cloverstags to me, so I decided to make GP's earrings coloured like the Palestag! Essentially, these earrings are marriage jewelry and Verdanian spouses share a pair of esrrings; lets say person A wears the right earring and person B wears the left earring. So, when they're together they're completing their pair of earrings! GP's wearing the left earring, while his husband is wearing the right one.
I decided to give him a 4 leaf clover motif! All of his embellishments (the clasps of his capelet, the buttons of his shirt) are shaoed like 4 leaf clovers! I also made sure that each component has 4 clovers each; so 4 clovers on the capelet (the 4th one is hidden ny his hand) and 4 clovers on the shirt.
For his shirt, I based it of a formal West African dashiki! I hc GP to be African (specifically West African I think...maybe Cameroon to be exact? Im not so sure yet). I mostly used this image as ref to get the "short in front, long behind" idea
The pattern on his shirt is actually supposed to mimic the circular rivets in his shell! I spent an embarrassingly long time trying to get it right 😭
For his pants, I gave him tudor-era pants, since it fit his whole "thick thighs, skinny legs" situation. I also gave him dancing shoes because...come on 😭
For his blade-arms, I decided to give him bracers with blades attached to them! Like...Bisharp 😭 I wanted to make them more...practical though, so I decided to make him wear sheaths most of the time! So, when he wants to battle, he can just remove the sheaths from his blades, and slot the sheaths into the pockets on his belt. And when he's done battling, he can take out the sheats from the belt pockets and slide them back onto the blades (also yes...the belt was entirely added for that reason) 😭

ngl if you're doing the whole Blogging thing right you shouldn't need to put your disorders in your bio bc your followers will just figure it out on their own. it's kind of a "show don't tell" type of thing
