could non-narcoleptics stop making whump fics where someone has narcolepsy? or at least talk to and have it reviewed by someone with narcolepsy? y’all never get it right and i’m tired of scrolling through shitty “character a drops out of nowhere while out for their daily jog and scares the shit out of character b” type fics. my disability is not your plot point.

My proposal for a narcolepsy flag

The top half represents night and the bottom half represents day, with the circle in the middle representative of how sleepiness/exhaustion is always there, night or day.

The circle could also be the sun (purple cause narcolepsy alters your reality) or the moon (associated with sleep) or an eye (a body part associated with sleep+a desire to be seen by society)

Also, I put night on top because it's aestheticly pleasing narcolepsy turns your world upside down

nearly 3 years(on and off tho)! i set my phone language to korean 2 years ago but recently i have been having some trouble medically so i decided to go easy on myself for this time. i have been reviewing old topics and solidifying information i learned or brushed over in the past.
