Why were you concerned about the boys doing a kick line? It’s really not dangerous for trained dancers?

Just because half of them were on one timing and half were on another timing so on the jump split part someone could’ve got hurt if they pulled down at the wrong time or weren’t ready (I’ve watched a lot of dcc lmao) and then the tda stage in socks is already risky so that too

And obvs trained dancers can do a kickline (fair argument to say that untrained ones can too) but just the situation I would’ve hated to see someone get injured when they were out there having a good time

Also as a long time tda viewer/dance off rewatcher I really don’t like seeing people taking the exact same moves/bit that someone else did in a past dance off and I’ve caught it more than once

About your post about dm, some studios literally go to comps for 1 day. I always see it on tik tok where they just compete on Saturday because they don’t have that many entries. Same with dance moms cause they have 1 group dance every week so their comp weekend is like a couple hours

Yeah but the competitions themselves last more than one day even if your studio is only there one day, the dance moms comps were like 3 hours long with one awards ceremony for the whole thing
