Every culture has their "Stuff In Dough", what've been your favourite meals that you've encountered that fall into this category?
Stuff in dough is, now that you mention it, a common feature across Tamrielic cuisines. Whether it's salty or sweet, fried or baked, these are some of my favourite doughy treats.
Altmer
The race that dislikes anything deep fried isn't exactly producing oily doughnuts, but baked dough is a different story. The High Elves are excellent bakers and their repertoire for stuff in dough is unparalleled. The city of Alinor is famed for the invention of sweet, fruit-filled pies made from a fluffy and slightly chewy rice flour-based dough. These palm-sized pies are gently baked in open pans, drizzled in honey and crushed macadamias, and are either eaten plain on the go or served with ice cream.
Argonians
Corn dough is a cornerstone of Argonian cooking, and it is indeed used to batter many things! For travellers who aren't as keen on dishes like snails wrapped in boiled corn dough, there's always corn-battered fried frog legs with honey-butter sauce! These fluffy bites are crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and definitely my favourite way of cooking frog legs. They come in heaped plates of 20 in Lilmoth!
Bosmer
Minced meat or sausage meat is used by the Bosmer the way the rest of us use flour doughs. One of my guilty pleasures is a type of cheese-filled sausage doughnut that's cooked in hot lard. A small block of cheese is packed into seasoned sausage meat, which is then rolled in crispy crackling like panko crumbs, then deep fried. Terrible for the health, but so good.
Bretons
I've previously mentioned the little doughnuts on sticks beloved by myself and the general population of High Rock. However, all pales in comparison to a frozen custard profiterole. A lightly baked ball of fluffy dough is filled with vanilla custard, before a quick deep fry. It's then frozen, and served with a drizzle of hot chocolate fudge or butterscotch sauce. Yum!
Dunmer
The best example of stuff in dough while in Morrowind is a traditional guar pasty. These are more or less similar to a regular pasty, although the dough is made from ash yam flour, giving it a distinct flavour. It's filled with tender chunks of stewed guar with comberries, scuttle, and lots of fresh chili.
Imperials
There's nothing that says Cyrodiilic street food quite like a stuffed dough ball! About the size of a pomegranate, these hefty balls of stretchy wheat dough are filled with ingredients and sauces of your choice, and are then shallow fried in hot olive oil until fluffy but just crisp on the outside. I like mine stuffed with seasoned arborio rice, minced beef, cheese, chili sauce, and mushrooms. These are a sit down meal because of the size, so be sure to bring a friend to share your dough ball with!
Khajiit
One of my favourite comfort food dishes of all time is a good old deep fried fried chicken wrap. Yes, the wrap itself is battered and fried! Chunks of spicy fried chicken, dried tomatoes, salsa, and corn are wrapped in a wheat or corn flatbread, lightly battered, and deep fried until golder brown and crispy. You didn't know you needed twice-fried chicken in your life, but now you do.
Nords
Potato flour is excellent for making Nord-style dough, and in Skyrim we enjoy making a small, bite-size version of our famous crostatas. Wrapping the crostatas in extra layers of pastry dough (almost like a pie, really) helps seal in the moisture and flavour of the filling, which is usually comberry, apple, or jazbay grapes. Don't forget to try my Apple Dumplings for a taste of something similar!
Orcs
Breaded, battered rabbit is a classic Orcish dish, which combines the tenderness of fresh rabbit with the moreish crunch of fried dough. A whole rabbit is dipped in a thick layer of seasoned wheat batter, rolled in breadcrumbs, and fried until dark brown. It's served as is, with a big helping of mashed potatoes and strong peppercorn gravy. I've heard other races call this dish a waste of good rabbit, but dough stuffed with rabbit is hardly a bad thing!
Redguards
Despite the searing weather of the Alik'r, Redguards do love their hot doughy foods. A famous dessert is a sweet paste made of figs, honey, banana and nuts, which is shaped into a log, dipped in a thick cornmeal batter and fried. It is served warm, with cardamom and date buttercream and a dark treacle drizzle.

for what it's worth: after a few months of submitting help tickets as 'feedback' when i saw a post inappropriately flagged as mature, i tried following this suggestion instead. today i got my first-ever response from tumblr support on this issue, letting me know that a post i'd submitted a ticket before has had its mature content flag removed.

Chicken breast, 2-3 breasts
Three tbsp butter on the chicken
Bag of frozen mixed veg, or two bags, I'm not your mom. Get that veg in you though; it's good for you...okay, maybe I'm a little bit your mom...
Two cans of cream of chicken
Add salt and pepper to taste when it's done
Put on high for four hours
Cook some biscuits, per the frozen bag's/refrigerated can's instructions
Serve the chicken pot pie filling with a biscuit on top instead of a crust
