Day 22: 13 days to go ...
I’m on DAY 22 and still going …. but it’s slowed down. So with 13 days to go before my first target I have to make sure I have a final push in the gym!
The plan is to go at least 10 times and to eat healthily and after that it’s holiday time and then I will start all over again!
It’s key to keep motivated …
I’m gutted that I haven’t lost more but fortunately I have managed to feel much better.
