Our goal at Mattierin is to teach Irish dance to the best of each dancer's ability, and give them the skills needed to compete and perform at his/her's highest level. Dancers of the school compete in both teams and solos at the world championship level while doing many performances throughout the year. What does "hard work" mean to you

Hard work means pushing yourself passed your limits. It means sacrifice and dedication and commitment. YOU have to want it…more than anything else in the entire world. Hard work means taking corrections and applying them. It means trusting your TC’s. It means trusting yourself. You can’t let the words and actions of others affect you. Hard work means spending countless hours in the studio, doing it again and again and again until it’s flawless.

Hard work means never giving up.
