Eclipsa appreciation post

Eclipsa is my favourite character in the whole show and here is why

Eclipsa has every right to be angry. She can yell at Moon, make a tantrum, be so disgust she can’t even look at her because of WHAT Moon did to her, to her family and (unintentionally) to monsters.

But she is not.

Well, she may be, but at least she doesn’t show it. (Though, Eclipsa isn’t the type who lies to people to look better. Pony head show is an example). Instead Eclipsa looks at the bright side. She can say so much to Moon, but she decides to thank her for reunion with her husband.

It’s just as Eclipsa explained. Her whole life is a huge pile of garbage. And she so used to it that when shit happens she just embraces it and starts looking for the gold in all that dirt.

Eclipsa not only tries to stay as cool as she can in a situation like this, but she is also trying to fix what happened between Star and Moon

She knows how it feels to have a mother who’d done a lot of mistakes. But dispute everything, she still loves her (You can see it in the book of spells). So Eclipsa not only stops that dude from carrying on saying things to Moon, but also pushs her in the right direction. She tells her to talk with Star. Yes, it’s hard, but it seems that Eclipsa value mother-daughter relationship a lot.

I won’t be surprised if she have similar conversation with Star in the next episode.
