New media
We are living in a 21st century where technology is a big part in the society. New media is a big help to us people it makes our life easier. Everything can be done through the internet, from communicating to other people and for seeking of informations. More people are using the internet to be updated from the lastest trends,gossips and many more to mention. Media has been evolving through out the years. People are hype about the advancement of the new media platform.Where technology makes communication processs easier especially people from a far. But we need to be a responsible user because everything we post can be seen to everyone in the internet. That is why we should think before we click.
As time goes by, new technologies emerge making the process of communication easier than ever. We’ve been using media to help our daily activities starting from primitive times up to the present. These advances allow us to reach each other through faster and more cost effective means. The internet has opened up a virtual platform enabling people to share ideas and information globally, increasing each one’s understanding about international events, trends, different cultural beliefs, and many more. This emergence, though beneficial to the masses, has also ushered in new complications particularly to do with security and the need for media literacy. The phrase ‘think before you click’ should be taken into closer consideration to ensure that there are no threats to our personal security. We should also think about how our posts can affect the people that may come across them. It is no doubt that technology, through time, evolves in order to improve the human quality of life. It is up to us to take up the responsibility of using it in a way that doesn’t harm other users.
The use of new media is generally linked with negative implications; however, its growth and popularity should not be taken lightly as its existence has the potential to create learning opportunities in a platform. With this advantage in mind, the lesson that was discussed by our teacher made me understand and realize a lot of things. Such as, we who use media should be media literate so as to not be able to use media as a tool to harm others, but to bring awareness to everyone. With us being media literate, the virtual or web world would become a much better and beautiful world that can be able to benefit everyone.

Poor sleeping habit can occurs when an individual gets sleep than they need to feel awake and alert.people vary in how little sleep is needed to be considered sleep deprived.and some people such as older adults seem to be more resistant to the effects of sleep deprivation Although occasional sleep interruptions are generally no more than a nuisance,ongoing lack of sleep can lead to excessive daytime sleepiness,emotional difficulties,poor school performances and lowered perception of quality of life. Sleep loss alters normal functioning of attention and discrupts of attention the ability to focus on environment sensory,lack of sleep has been implemented ans implicated as playing as significant role in tragic accidents.
Sleep Deprivation
Have you ever thought of how hard is sleeping sometimes? Thinking about how to deal with life? Well it's not just a common problem like you are having ideas of it. Sleep deprivation is what we call of this illness.
Sleep deprivation is not a specific disease. It is usually the result of other illnesses and life circumstances that can cause its own symptoms and poor health outcomes. Sleep deprivation means you’re not getting enough sleep. For most adults, the amount of sleep needed for best health is seven to eight hours each night.
When you get less sleep than that, as many people do, it can eventually lead to a whole host of health problems. These can include forgetfulness, inattentiveness, being less able to fight off infections, and even mood swings and depression.
One of the major problems the majority are facing today is water scarcity. Perhaps, an imbalance between demand and supply could be a factor of what is going on nowadays. Unfortunately, the lack of water resources to meet water demand is globally felt and makes a lot of people suffer.
Water is life. No man can survive on this planet without water and it is an undeniable fact. Water scarcity may be an outcome of a large and growing population which results in greater demand for water and unequal access to it. Sadly, the availability of freshwater on this planet is only three-percent, which makes it natural for some to be skeptical about being able to cater all the demands.
On the contrary, we may find a better solution to stop the predicament we are facing today. Starting in our respective households. We should be much more aware and conserve water at all times. For we are part of nature, and neglecting our responsibilities will make our lives unconventional.
Sleep deprivation
So, it is no lie that sleep deprivation has taken over as one of the most common problems faced within todays youth. The increasing lack of sleep has taken over, especially due to the amount of work and environmental influences that are currently being seen today. The lack of proper time management is one of the main contributers to this issue. The presence of mobile phones, personal problems, and other factors such as school work can can also be seen as the root to this widespread epidemic.
Now, you may be thinking that with all the electronic advancements that we see toady, sleep deprivation shouldn't become an issue since the technology we use is basically designed to get tasks done faster, however, computers can also pose as a major distraction. The roots for this addiction can be directly traced to the growing influence of social media, the ability to communicate with friends and family, the never ending spread of news, ideas and trends, and much more.
Ways to combat this social issue include being able to manage your time wisely, as well as having the ability to set the right priorities. Remember that better sleep leads to a better performance, and with better performance comes a better life.
Success is something that we all strive for in our daily lives. It can come in the most unexpected times and serve as the source of our motivation. We all have out times of happiness, and of course our downfalls. They say that the road to success isn't the easiest, and that we may experience obstacles along the way, but there is one thing to remember; that once we reach the end of that road, all the effort and sacrifices would be worth it. The good this about starting from the bottom is that there is no other way to go but up.
