she doesn’t DIE easily, does she? how many times had twin blades pierced flesh, leaving stains of CRIMSON in their wake? how many bullets had he wasted on her only to see her standing seemingly untouched if it weren’t for the numerous slashes and bullet holes. what the hell was she? a pain in the ass, for one. lucky for HIM, he didn’t know how to die easily, either. rising from the debris and dirt, glove-clad hands idly brush off crimson suit from the ash that clung; the merc breathing a sigh as he paid her a glance. ❝ you’re one to talk, lady------ all this bloodshed and STILL you’re standing. ❞ it was impressive, to say the very least ( not that he’d openly admit so ).
