I really wish that Max's arm had stayed paralyzed, partially for representation and partially for the character development etc. Max seems so strong and able to overcome everything, so I think it'd be cool to see someone disabled with those characteristics.

Do you get a lot of confessions? Bc I submitted a confession a few weeks ago, and still haven't seen it posted. I'm not trying to be rude about the situation. Just curious. Maybe it got eaten or needs to be re submitted?

Haha I’m actually just a terrible mod. As of now, I have everything in my inbox queued up to post tomorrow (Sunday, which is now the regular posting day). A few days ago I accidentally posted a few confessions instead of adding them to the queue which probably caused the confusion, sorry.However, if it hasn't been posted by Monday, then tumblr probably ate it and you should resubmit.

I really loved Maximum Ride when I first read it, but since I grew up and learned a lot about science, specifically genetic science, I keep noticing the flaws. For one, Max wouldn't be a whole 2 percent bird. Considering that only 2% of the human genome actually codes for anything, the bird gene would be much, less of the genome. And there's just so much more like that.

In the first book, I was generally fine with Ella. But every time she showed up after that there was just something... off putting about her character. I especially hated that both the fandom and JP (probably only due to the fandom's infatuation with it) paired her with Iggy. I loved Iggy and him being stuck with her just never sat right with me, ever, and extremely pissed me off.

I only read the graphic novels of Maximum Ride because that’s the version I started out with and the manga art style is just very appealing to me as an anime fan as well. I still like the regular books but the graphic novels are just more my thing, you know?
