Sometimes I take my evening meds and then accidentally dissociate at my phone screen for the next two hours and then ask myself "did I take my meds?" "Oh yeah, I did." And then I dissociate for another hour until I inevitably have to pee and then I finally turn off my light and pop on my sleep audio, ask myself "did I really take my meds?" and pass out like yeah I wouldn't be this tired if I didn't

Gods I'm so autistic my brain works in such weird but cool ways?? Like idk maybe if I play a video game of a grocery store or smth I'll actually be able to deal with the sensory overload of it all, that would be neat, but currently it's an old arcade game simulator type thing and it's making me so much more confident about maybe trying new machines the next time I go to an arcade and and that's so good

Like in the way that it's usually so overwhelming to try to learn a new machine's mechanics because I know I lose money if I don't get it right in the first couple of goes, this is such low stakes and it's awesome for anxiety-- like wow I never expected this!!! And the game actually uses realistic game mechanics of like coin pushers and such, which are usually so inaccessible for me to try to wrap my mind around !!

Like videos usually help me when I'm struggling but the hands-on approach of video games is rlly helping me as a super tactile learner. Video games might actually save my life when it comes to training for specific jobs. Ik there are so many simulators out there!

My personal headcanon is that goodeworks is pulling a "You" (that one show with the literally irredeemable serial killer dude where the message kept going over the audience's heads) with Jax in that they're making Jax intentionally a dislikeable asshole for fun to see just how far the community is willing to go to support him even though he is clearly an absolutely awful person. And I love that, it's literally one of my favorite things! He's fun to draw, but I despise Jax 100%, he has a super punchable face and is very much a shithead. I genuinely don't think he'll have an arch where he gets better. Sometimes characters aren't meant to grow or be redeemable. And I think that's awesome to portray and very fun to see happening as the episodes play out. I just wonder if gooseworks is going to get fed up in time like the creators of "You," and if that has anything to do with the shifts coming in episode 6. No offense to anyone who genuinely likes him and for people that create AUs and headcannons where Jax is redeemable, I do love indulging as much as anyone else, but core material wise, this is just my personal thought!
