hey maya you are sooo beautiful! any advice for someone who is trying to accept themself and stop constantly being so critical of themself

i think i can still be self critical but in a constructive way. i accept the things i can't change and work to improve the things i can about myself. i don't let the critical part of my mind control me too much though because it can become a vicious cycle that will only leave you self loathing and unproductive.

Maya im so upset, since leaving high school my friends have changed so much like they are so inconsiderate and don't really care about me anymore.
