“I’m not headed out anytime soon. Go ahead take a seat,” She nodded to the spot across from her, happy that her teenagers hadn’t done any damage to the man. She knew how rough they could get but they knew better than to do that to adults. “And what do you mean by their trespasses?”
“Thank you, and nothing, truly. We just don’t want anymore...incidents. But you’ve been handling the young fairly well.” He sat down and obligatorily opened a menu. He stared at the glossy pages, breaking eye contact with Katelyn for just a moment, before a server came over. “What can I get yah?” She cheerily asked. “Just the cheeseburger, medium rare, no onions, side of fries...and a coke. Actually, a coffee. No, make it two.” Jaxon gestured to his booth mate as he said it. “You’ve got it.” The girl snapped before walking away. “So, any how was your day? Any news?”
