Andrew cursed under his breath, the last thing he wanted was the full moon. But it wasn’t like he had much of a choice. “Stupid bloody wolves..” He cursed, unaware anyone was listening.
The spell was almost completed, she had all of the ingredients, all of the components and years of work was coming to an end. All she needed now was her sister to complete the spell. When she heard footsteps she looked up from her book, hoping that she wouldn’t be disturbed.
“I wasn’t looking for company, but I guess I’ll take it.”
“I.. uh... Sorry, I might have had a li-- a lot to drink.” She laughed a little bit to herself. “And I got it in my head that now would be a good time to visit. So I’m here.” She shrugged, committed to her idea.
Emilia always did her best not to feed outside the house. But she could hear the pulse from across the street and she wanted it. She let out a deep breath, closing her eyes and trying to keep control. But she could feel her fangs threatening to come out.
Alice perked up seeing someone walk into the shop. “Hi, how are you? How can I help you?” She smiled widely, despite being exhausted.
Jaxon looked around. He locked the door to his office and made his way downstairs towards the street. Jaxon was out for a well deserved dinner break before starting in on a night of reappraising the budget for the upcoming months. He patted down his pockets, making sure he hadn’t left anything on his desk. The street seemed quite, which, while not unusual, only increased Jaxon’s gut feeling that he was leaving something behind. But instead of turning back, the mayor turned his attention to the street, and made his way to the diner.
