It's irritating when I tell people that I hate myself or that my depression is getting worse and everyone's immediate reaction is to blame it on my boyfriend and accuse him of treating me badly. if it wasn't for him I probably would be way worse than I am???? I had a severe panic attack last night right when I got to work. I started hyperventilating and my throat felt like it was closing up. I couldn't even speak so I had to write down my moms number for my manager to call. Luckily everyone was understanding and I had to leave work early and go to the ER. (Which I work in the hospital so it wasn't that far) and it was all just bad. I've never had such a bad anxiety attack and I never wanna have it again. I will never just randomly stop taking my meds again.

I have such bullshit friends and it's getting overwhelming My best friend is going away to college in 2 weeks (where I was going to attend but couldn't afford it and had to drop out) and my other friend lives in a town over and is busy a lot So my only other options are my work friends which they are fine but they don't really talk to me unless they want to go fishing and they are kind of liars and are involved in stuff that I don't want to be So I guess I'm just alone and I'm getting used to it.
