A Knight and his Hobby Horse is out now!

After almost 10 years away from game development and pixel art, I got back into making games last year. The project was supposed to be something simple, so I decided to make an endless-runner-inspired game that you can jump into for a quick session.

Narita Boy Game Trailer By Studio Koba I stumbled upon this game trailer and promptly fell in love with it. The dev team is naming games like Another World and Double Dragon as an inspiration source for this project. Sounds promising – I’ll follow this project closely. WIP : SIRIUS RISING, Third Cutscene Image  (Detail) This is a picture section of a larger image. The final image must be in 422x184 px (currently 135x203 px/Tumblr optimized) - finishing this could take a while. Since the creation of new game assets has priority, I’ll continue working on this later.

SIRIUS RISING : Status Quo

I thought it was time again to share here some new stuff from our game project and post a status quo.

During the past weeks we included the level selection and mission briefing screen, added shader effects and fixed a lot of bugs. The first level is finally done and currently I prepare new assets for the second level. To make a long story short: our game is progressing slowly but steady. ;)
