Couple weeks ago I came across some breath training work that interests me so I’ve been working on some their programming. When I started out with this I could barely breath test over 12 to 14 seconds. yesterday I was able to get 36 sec. now it’s only been a couple weeks of me training this so I don’t know how much of this is just me understanding the test more and being able to achieve better results or if the programming has actually been improving my breathing interestingly enough when I am I training in the gym it has actually been muscle fatigue that slowed me down more than my breathing. I’ve had a couple of my friends ask me about this so I thought I’d put a up a post sharing what it was and where I was getting the info from. I just got back from a quick trip back to the states, and had the day off today to recover... I needed to get a workout in, so just did my first 1600m row with just Nasal breathing. I managed to still keep the split under 2minutes. It was legit, towards the end it was the closest I have felt to suffocating outside of swimming and grappling!!!
