Yes. He has been casted. But there's no official announcement yet.

I have some inkling on who it is based on rumors, instagram posts, and who the production cast and crew follow. One of the cast actually posted a video (a few months ago, on instagram) where Koza's actor can be seen 👀. I think it's better to wait for the ONE PIECE Netflix official social media accounts to post about the casting announcements. I feel like the actors for Chaka and Pell are very eager and excited to be casted because they have been reposting opla posts on their instagram stories lmao (NETFLIX YOU NEED TO ANNOUNCE THE CAST ALREADY. THE CAST ARE TIRED OF HIDING IT LMAO).
