Well we are back at it and kicked things off with a Fall promo. I am absolutely in love with the images from this beautiful family. The colours couldn't have been any better and I just love the photo finish. It suits the family perfectly!

I think it is the greatest compliment when I client comes back a year later requesting family photos. We started off with a #Generation photo of these four lovely ladies.
We then headed to the park for some more informal family photos. This beautiful family lucked out with the most beautiful day. The location was #JamesGardens in Etobicoke and was absolutely stunning! I just love the outcome of this shoot.

Well that time has come… We are officially taking leave to prepare for and anxiously await our new arrival… We are hoping to get back behind the lens in October 2014.

We had some fun on a recent shoot with this little dude… 9 months old and simply was not interested in looking into the camera. We planted him in this field of dandelions and he had an absolute blast!

It's hard to believe I am already 23 weeks pregnant. The time seems to be flying by. A big thank you to my Husband for stepping behind the lens to capture my little milestones!

Capturing one newborn can be difficult, capturing two was an entirely new experience for me. This was my first time working with TWiNS and I have to say, it wasn't easy. Patience was key in getting these two little beauties to sleep at the same time.

2014 Investment Packages
There is nothing I love more than capturing a family who has just welcomed a new member to the family!
The "M" family was extra special to me as they are not only good friends, but this new bundle of joy represents so much hope within their family.
We learned early on in the shoot that this new member of their family was going to REFUSE to sleep on this day. Patience is a beautiful thing and I could not be happier with the results.

Headshots are essential for any professional in any business. With the growing need to have an avid pressence on social media platforms, it is important to represent a true self.
For this shoot, my client wanted something different, original and a variety of different looks for the different platforms and speaking engagements she would require them for. We had a lot of fun in our home studio, and decided to head outside and take advantage of the winter wonderland!

This family first came to visit McFinnigan Photography when they welcomed their first little cutie to the family! I just love when clients come back throughout the first year of their children's life to capture their growing moments.
This shoot literally lasted about 15 minutes and it was MUCH colder and windier then it appears. We even experienced a flash snowfall right in the middle!

Every women needs a beauty shoot! A session that is all about empowerment and feeling comfortable in your own skin. I absolutely love these beauty shots that were taken in our home studio. The light that was coming through the windows was perfect and the subject is just gorgeous!

Referrals are the best thing ever! Especially when they come from someone you have only shot casually and not as an "oFFiCiaL" client. J&A were a blast to shoot on a very hot and humid day this summer. It was our first time shooting at Rattlesnake point and I am so thrilled with the variety of images. J's yellow top really pops against the green backdrop.
I just can't wait for their upcoming wedding day!

I just love when clients fall in love with family members photos that I have taken and then come back to hire me for their upcoming life moments. I photographed Gs sister's wedding last year and was excited to come back to photograph his memorable moment.
