Hi! So I'm Mac, Im 26 years old, have 4 kids plus 1 on the way. My highest vs my lowest weight. I’m now comfortably 5-6 pounds heavier than my lowest, and focusing more on building muscle and losing fat than just losing fat. I want to be toned and strong and work on my endurance. Bodies change and so do goals!

For reference: 185~ vs 128~ lbs. I’m 5’8” and there is a 2 year difference between the pictures.
