now that doomsday and darkseid were no longer a problem, diana felt like she could finally breathe again. she couldn’t help but worry, though, the constant awareness that something like that could very well be impending at this very moment dawning on her. she tries to push the thoughts away as she settles the warm mug of coffee between her hands, making her way to the front steps of the building. the amazon also realized that during her time here, she’d failed to take advantage of the beautiful campus that the mansion had to offer. carefully opening the front door, her eyes immediately meet the other figure that occupied the small stoop. “it seems you beat me here,” she says lightly as she takes a seat atop the first step. “it’s beautiful, isn’t it?” earthen hues look out onto the grassy area with perfectly trimmed hedges.
she had wanted a few minutes away from everyone that was constantly around her, everything around her was so crazy. she sat on the small stoop outside of the building, she looked behind her once she felt someone standing over her. “yes, it’s very beautiful.” she said, looking at the view in front of her.
