How deelightful is this top?! This is a handmade blouse with a cool & bright 90s inspired fabric! This top would best fit someone size 20-22 or if you would prefer it a little looser (or are bustier) a size 18 could wear this also. There are no tags or cleaning instructions because it is handmade but you can wash it in the machine and let flat dry for best results. This is a Forever 21 Plus 3X dress in a cool abstract print. This item originally included a stretch belt but it is not included. This dress has only been worn a few times but it is very comfortable but sexy. This multifaceted dress would be wonderful for work, a night out or a casual day dress. This dress is great paired with a blazer and a big statement necklace! It is stretchy so I could recommend for a bigger US 24 or smaller 26. This dress would also work for a 20/22 since it drapes nicely thanks to the bubble hem.
