Came across this item at the Magnolia Hotel Bar in Omaha NE. Remarkable item though rather overpriced. My first thought was a bourbon old fashioned (usually prefer Rye). The Reddit cocktail thread suggested muddling the bitters and sugar first, and then torching the sugar to caramelize it. Have to try that!
