Or I guess just notify y’all that its a pretty neat brush, because, like most esoteric knowledge of the occult, you need to do some experimenting for yourself to figure out cool stuff!

One of my dreads popped off yesterday (don't worry it was thinning and was bound to go) and i decided to use it as a ref. So presenting my first ever brushes! For all who wants to use em! (And if you do use em for anything tag me i wanna see 👀)

It's not perfect by any means, but if any medibang/firealpaca users want brushes for dreads well i hope these help!

Can you install extra brushes on the android app?

Yes! Just follow these instructions:

Select the palette at the bottom of the screen

When it opens up the brush and color panel, select the plus sign to the side of it

It will bring you to this screen with the standard brushes on your device. Select cloud...

And the full brush library is open to you!

Now the cloud brushes will only be available to you if you have an account with Medibang. It’s free to create and you’ll be happy you made one in the long run if you don’t have one already. Hope this helps!

Disclaimer: I don’t support piracy of programs or whatever I just want to help my fellow broke artists.

So this is my first journal, I just hope some medibang users see this lol. So basically broke artists like me are trying to download brushes for their art and different art styles and preference requires different brushes. And since I can’t buy an art program with fancy brushes and effects, I’ve decided to make the most out of this free art program that I’m using.  So basically, medibang has a lot of brushes but some of it just doesn’t work for me, the  amount of effects and sorcery I want in my art needs different brushes and the fact that  some art programs out there has some cool brush set to use all I can do is defy my destiny as a broke artist.

               This is a tutorial on how you can use ibis paint brushes (cuz the current update has 331 brushes lmao) on medibang paint pro. And before we proceed, NOT ALL MODIFIED BRUSH CAN TURN INTO A FANCY USEFUL BRUSH ONCE CONVERTED AS A MEDIBANG BRUSH, SOME MIGHT EVEN LOOK HORRIBLE AND USELESS ciao!

could you show some brush settings for medibang? i can't seem to make any of mine look good while drawing backgrounds. thank you! ;w;

Brush settings usually depend on how big your canvas is.

I usually set mine to 7k pixels, 300 dpi clipped to 16:9 ratio so nobody can fuck me up.

Most of the time, I actually use the basic and default brushes for stuff that don’t require details.

I use this for the thin parts of the clouds and grounds you see in my stuff.

I also end up with this brush but without any of the checkboxes ticked below as well. 

This one is perfect for huge simple clouds, reflections, and ambient lighting.

but umm, for stuff like this,

i use this brush (so the sketches look a lil less gross):

(just download the lead pencil (b) pen from the MB cloud and add the adjustments i made or make your own!)
