( ☆ ) “You too? Even with the best hair products, getting my hair to look this good is a nightmare.” Of course, not as much of a nightmare as Filia’s, but Cerebella remained blissfully unaware of the other’s parasitic friend for now.

“Still, you’ve clearly bested it if you’ve gotten it looking good.” She closes the book, sliding it across the table, her pen left in as a sort of book mark. “So how do you keep it under control if it’s so disobedient?”

“Filia, got it.” Pulling a pen from her pocket (her autograph pen - it’s a glitter pen), Cerebella gets to writing out her message. “I like your hair by the way. It’s cute.”

“Oi Bella. Okay, listen. Yer hand is quite HANDY. GAHAHAHAHA. Get it?” Yes, that is exactly the way you meet a person who has possble connections to a family of mafia you detest with all your being. Though some hints of irritation are seen in her face, she looks as gleeful as ever. Her empty eye sockets probably look like some sorta cartoon styled thing, she likes that. She feels lazy, fighting the hands girl has no reason to it. She doubts the other wants to wish anything from the skull thingy, Medichi would want the skullheart in their possesion, so she is probably is not allowed to make that said wish. And so the kid gets ready should she attack, but does not attack herself.

( ☆ ) Well, that was certainly one way of greeting someone with a big death hat. Bella looks down at the child, an eyebrow raised as she takes in the other’s... odd appearance. Sharp teeth, empty eyes, and those arms... Not the weirdest thing she’d seen in New Meridian though. She gives the girl a grin, leaning in a little.

“Handy, huh? I gotta hand it to ya - if I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard that one, I’d be twice as rich as I am now.” Of course, she’d heard every hand pun ever conceived, but that didn’t mean she didn’t love them. “But looking at you... you’re armed to the teeth, huh?” Yep. You’ve done it now Peacock.

Filia pauses, realizing she’s been put into the open and that quite a few jealous fans were staring at her. She smiles nervously, and continues walking towards Cerebella, though she picks up the pace a slight bit.

She eyes the other seat for a moment, before sitting down, and smiles sincerely to the celebrity. “It’s just one of my notebooks for class…” She explains, passing the book to her.

( ☆ ) Cerebella knows there are people that want autographs as much as, if not more than this girl, but they’d have to wait their turn. Had they been as polite, and upfront as her, they’d have their autographs. Instead, they were yelling questions, and taking unwarranted photos - that’s bad behavior.

“Class?” Yes, Cerebella. Because people around your age go to school. “Huh. Alright, well. You got a name? I’ll write you out a message, if that’s cool.”

Filia had been weaving her way through the crowd for what felt like ages, but she’d finally reached the object of the crowd’s affections: The famous soaring dynamo of the Cirque des Cartes.

“Cerebella!” She cried, stepping forward and excitedly waving a small book in the air. “Sorry, I’m just such a fan! Do you charge for autographs?”

( ☆ ) Celebrity life was hard. Not in the usual ways, but more just... dealing with the crowds of fans. Ya go out for a quick ice cream, maybe a soda, and you end up with paparazzi and fans flooding the shop.

With all the cameras and questions today though, Cerebella was more than happy to just sign something, smiling as someone pushed their way through the crowd.

“Not at all! Autographs are always free!” She responds over the crowd. Vice, her ever present helping hand(s), suddenly extends a long arm towards the girl, gently nudging a few photographers aside to clear a path for the honest fan.

At her table, Cerebella stretches a leg, kicking a chair out on the other side for the other to sit.
