Sorry if this might be repetitive, due to the question about Hypothesizzle, but what advantage does the reflexive trigger on Fireblade Artist from Ravnica Allegiance specifically have over an "if you do"?

The reason reflexive triggers exist is to have targets for these sorts of triggers be chosen when it makes more sense to do so. There’s no specific “advantage” to having Fireblade Artist trigger once you sacrifice a creature. Rather, this is just how these types of triggers are being templated and handled now.

The reflexive trigger is actually a disadvantage on this card. Say your opponent is at 2, they could use a lifegain spell in response to the reflex trigger and thus have made you sac a creature when you may not have otherwise.

Hey everybody, something a little bit different this time as this draft was live streamed. There were some technical difficulties with audio in the beginning that I sorted out part way through the draft. I've cut out the bits where I was messing with the settings and taken some steps to try to make it more listenable.
