He took me for a ride and we ended up in the garden
He knelt down and picked the love that earth provides without resistance
He taught me what each plant provided as if he was on a mission
In his country they take nurturing the soil more seriously.
Many times their efforts are stifled by diplomacy

He proposed to me on his knees and in his hands was a strawberry
How enlightened I would be if I spent my day planting seeds
