I’m really glad Tobuscus spoke up. Whether you believe him or not is up to you- I personally do, and will continue to unless there is an official police statement to say otherwise. It’s always innocent until proven guilty.
I think it’s very important to give men a lot more protection against rape accusations should they prove to be false. Even an accusation from a disgruntled ex can be enough to ruin man’s career, his life, his relationships forever, and there needs to be more done to punish anyone who falsely accuses anyone of rape.
