“Watch where the fuck you’re goin–,” Harper started to curse out the person who knocked him over …but he quickly realized that it was someone trying to avoid being caught. A criminal? A villain? Something? He wasn’t sure but what he did know was that this wasn’t something that he could just easily ignore. Not at all. Harper wanted to be a hero, after all. There was no way he could let someone who obviously did something wrong go. He pushed himself off the ground and yelled at the nearest person, “Yo, call the cops or some shit. I’m going to restrain that son of a bitch.” With that, he turned his attention toward the running perpetrator. It was go-time.
"Why do people in Ceres always have to be so demanding for?" Micah asked loudly after Harper barked orders at her. She folded her arms and narrowed her eyes at him before she started, "You're going to restrain that guy? You don't even know why they're running, just that you're going to restrain them?" Micah rolled her eyes at the taller man. Although, from where she stood, he was right - that person needed to be restrained and detained, but she wasn't going to let someone off the hook for yelling at her. She looked at him and said, "Why don't you go and you call the cops? Besides, they're so far away. Unless you've got super-speed or something, you'll never catch them. Catch them first and then I'll call the cops."
