So update, finally fixed the main issue. I nearly lost my insurance because someone over there mixed up me and my dad and was demanding I give them information that DOES NOT EXIST.

I nearly lost my insurance and would have died. Because no one bothered to check that my dad, who does have a similar name to me, was born before I was.

Now I have to wait until this gets processed before I can do anything.
