Honey delicately taps the mic she’s holding with the claw of her index finger before holding it close to her mouth.

“Velvette, most if not every version of Velvette, is firstly, a worthlessly horrible person, with no redeeming qualities I can think of, and secondly, perhaps more importantly…”

“One of the most tacky, talentless, and utterly cliched fashion “designers” that I’ve ever seen disgrace the word good fashion with her tasteless attempts at clothes making. The most “Respectless” thing about her is the fact she thinks she’s cut out for this business.”

“Trust Hon-me, with your fashion news.” She holds her arm out to the side, drops the mic, and exits stage left.

I just, being around someone incredible like THE Sonic the Hedgehog, you must have to face so many risky and dangerous situations! I should clarify what I meant, your outfit itself is perfect, design wise. But it could be so much more, I don’t know, versatile, and tactile? Like add some storage to it! You could totally integrate at the very least a single pair of nun chucks on one of your hips.”

“Question! Have you ever considered an over-the-shoulder sling you can use to carry your staff offhandedly?”

"You don't need ta apologize. I wasn't offended or anything, I just don't put much thought into fashion, that's more Amy's thing. She likes the fashion and function stuff," Sticks replied with a casual shrug.

"But maybe you have a point, maybe I could use more function, a belt or more pockets. I do already have the sling for my boomerang and staff," she showed her where it was blended in among her top.

“That’s a fair stance, I suppose. …have you ever considered a cloak of some kind, by the way?”

“…but I would love to be the one to help you add some storage to your look, if nothing else!” She smiles warmly, extending her hand. “Honey! Honey the Cat! Fashionista and brawl enthusiast! Oh! And! Not only can I help you out with storage and link, but, if your clothes ever get too badly damaged after a fight, and you need a good seamstress, I’m your gal as well! Only thing I ask in return, when people ask who helped upgrade your look, you pass my name their way!”

     slim digits twiddled among each other as long legs swung back and forth. she’s waiting patiently for her date, big green eyes tracing each inch of the area before finally darting down at her boots. it’s been a while since mina had been in the game, she had actually remained single through the remaining of her world tour.. but now that she’s finally back home and able to relaxed, she figured WHY NOT ?       maybe a BLIND DATE would be easier especially since the other wouldn’t know that they were actually meeting up with a POP STAR and it wouldn’t be so… y’know. the mongoose could feel someone’s presence creeping up causing her to quickly push herself up from her seat… stumbling over her own two feet and also bumping into someone. 

“ I’M SO SORRY ! ” she quickly apologized before finally getting a good look at the other. GOD, SHE WAS SO PRETTY ! “ i’m mina ! you must be HONEY ? of course, you are ! i love your clothing and designs ! ” okay maybe the pop star was fangirling a little bit herself.

In all honesty, Honey wasn’t too sure about this whole “blind date” concept. She felt fulfilled as she was. She had a steady income, a good career in fashion, one that kept her plenty busy to boot. But part of her was screaming that she was missing out on something, that part of her was incomplete without someone to share her successes, and struggles with. Even so, it took her friends a fair amount of time and effort to convince her to agree to this sort of thing.

In short, Honey was unsure. A fact that wasn’t helped by the fact her date almost knocks her over. “Oh, don’t worry about i-” That is, until she finally lays eyes on the girl who bumped into her. 

That was... Mina Mongoose?! Her friends had plenty of social pull, but how did they manage this? 

“Oh. My. Gooooooooood!” She practically screes, having to resist the urge to jump up and down on the spot. “You’re the Mina Mongoose! I love, love, love your work!” Seems Miss Mongoose wasn’t the only one fangirling.

                   The blonde perked up as she was complemented, a soft shade of pink covering her cheeks. “O-oh gosh this old thing.. Thank you so much! Th-that’s so so sweet of you to say!” The blonde chimed as she patted out her skirt gently. 

“I have to know who made it, and where you got it from! Someone as talented as that deserves a place in my company!” She says, taking a step perhaps too close, smiling brightly, as she looks the girl up and down.

                 “This may sound really weird, but do you happen to have any bandages on you?” How she managed to cut multiple cuts across her legs was still a mystery to her. Though, she hoped she didn’t scare the stranger off due to her condition and random request.

“Of course!” She replies, in a rather chipper voice. “A good seamstress always carries bandages. What kind do you need? Large? Medium? Small?” While such a question may seem odd to any sensible person, it didn’t even raise a single flag to the eccentric feline.

Sonic!:

Sonic gritted his teeth at the sudden increase in pressure on his hand. She certainly had some strength to her, far more than he was expecting.

“Seriously? Is that all there is to it?” It couldn’t be that simple, could it? Brand recognition wasn’t exactly a forign concept to the blue hedgehog, but he would have figured there was more to it than just getting something recognizable to sponsor the stuff.

She releases his hand, as her smile, briefly, shifts into a sly grin, most likely aimed at his reaction. It doesn’t last long, as his question causes it to slip into an excited smile.

She rests a hand on her chin. “Well, sort of! When it comes to licensed clothing, you have to wisely choose who you approach. A big hero like you is more or less universally loved! The target audience is huge! If I put your face on a shirt, basically everyone’s gonna buy it! Kids! Teenagers! Adults! Everyone loves Sonic. As long as you pick a good subject, it doesn’t matter what their face is on, as long as it’s well-made, and priced accordingly, it’s a safe bet that people will buy it. Stuff that’s original?” She pinches the edge of her dress, to draw attention to it. “This is the stuff that you’ve gotta put a lot of work into. Yeah, they know I made it, but it’s not like a plain blue t-shirt with your face on it. You’ve gotta make it stylish! Put everything you’ve      ”

“...Sorrry, I’m rambling.”
