Oooh this is a tough one! There are sooo many under appreciated folks in the Broadway world. For now, my answer for the actor is Josh Young (a beautifully deep voice that could melt your soul, oh my god, with such raw, yet realistic and believable emotion) and for the actress it’s gotta be Grace McLean (what a woman! it almost scares me how talented she is, with such a command of the stage and a voice that could rise you from the grave…she is not talked about nearly enough)
