look I understand that tdeardz sees mel as asexual and I respect that, but to me mel is such excellent autistic representation (ie. presented as a regular person, and not falling into a genius/arsehole/child-like trope) and I have a real problem with autistic characters always being represented as asexual or sex-averse. I am beggggging here, please let her have a sexy lil romance. she is a woman who spends all day at work looking after people, and likely a large chunk of her personal time looking after her sister. she deserves to have someone looking after her, caring for her, seeing her, wanting her. she deserves romance!!!! she doesn’t NEED it, but it would be REALLY NICE
