Nothing in this au is original, but it just more of things done differently. It more like story and voice switcheroo situation.
The main default voice is paranoid instead of hero.
Instead of an cabin, is a small abandoned old mansion. Instead of pristine blade, it's a dull blade. The construct is inside of a crystal ball. The voices are called spirits instead. It is still a forest however, just in the redwoods.
The Long Quiet is named The Blooming Hope and The Shifting Mound is named The Sea of Moralities. But for memory I would just called him DD!Quiet or Hope.
Personalities are different in this au, but not entirely. The only one with massive personality change is the player and few voices. The rest is only have some alterations.
The game is longer than the original, having 2 routes. The original slay the princess and Eon's route (grey morality) (will be fully explain here.) also chapter 0.
The princess forms becomes more progressively monstrous (to point of not looking like a human anymore) throughout chapters. If it's not becoming monstrous, it would be her appearance becomes progressively worse throughout chapters.

The storyline entirely is toxic relationship and friendship. The two cannot be in a proper relationship but they make better friends.
In this au, the princess is suppose to look "ugly" in a over-exaggerated way. Because Hope imagined the princess to look as ugly as possible to slay her without a second thought/regret (and also see her as inferior.) This due to Narrator claiming the princess is a monster.
However the ugliness ended up making her unintentionally look "monstrous", causing Hope to be scared of her. Hope doesn't want to get killed nor his body to be scarred at all. His default spirit is the spirit of paranoia instead of hero.
The princess have in-between forms, which means she doesn't completely become beast the next time you met her. Her forms are meant to get progressively worse and less-human.
Due to Hope's fears, as long as Hope believes what he sees, the princess would look creepy. If Hope rejects it, questions or twist it, the princess would no longer look hideous.
The dull blade is pretty bad, it cannot do proper cuts or slaying. But if hope believes it could, then it will.
The only colors that are colored is gold, red, and blue.

The princess almost act similar to the regular princess from the original game, but more tomboyish and more tired of Hope. Even if princess was at her worst state (or softest sweetest state), she still find a way to beat up Hope if he mistreating her harshly. Princess have feelings for Hope. Though, Princess seems to be more into his looks than him as a person. She pretends to be a particular personality in order to be accepted.
She tries to understand Hope at times, but just cannot. Hope often drives her insane because of trying to understand or change him. However, sometimes she trying to force Hope to change/do something or like her against his will (this is depending on chapter). Sometimes this means abusing him (mentally and physically) or torturing him ruthlessly. Sometimes she want to him to like what she likes and forget what he likes or wants.
Sometimes she wants Hope to understand her but no matter what she does it doesn't work.
At the end (if player goes through Morality's Heart), The princess awhile still have feelings for him, she have her regrets but she also hope DD!quiet to apologize too for his own actions. She no longer acts soft, instead she acts like herself.
The princess is described to look like a creature wearing a human corpse. The heart princess is a ghost at the end.
The sea of morality herself starts off a nice yet suspicious entity (and bit forceful). She was only multiple hands/ghost hands. Once She fully formed, she looks like a dead entity. When she finally awaken, her personality is more suspicious but now manipulative. She only acts friendly if Hope never questions her and counter her arguments. (how fully evil she is will not be explained in this post.)

Hope himself?
He have 3 sides paranoid, egotism, and bizarre.
Based on dialogue choices, Hope is cowardly yet only have extreme admiration of himself. He believes he is superior and more beautiful than the princess. Though he is scared of the princess, only viewing her as monster regardless form she takes. He gets his over his fear but either being a terrible person, insane or annoying. He is only nice if it benefits him. He is also selfish and just want admiration. If he gets one compliment he will start to go on and on about his looks. He never really saw his full body however, he only saw partially his face from a lake.
When Hope is paranoid, he doesn't trust anything. He immediately assumes the worst and at least try to be over the situation if he could. He also becomes terrified if he is on the edge of "dying". He also seems to have fear of anything that ruin his looks or extreme ugliness. He fears that the princess is actually monster trying to trap him rather than a person. But part of him hope that isn't the case.
Hope is also very rebellious and wants to do whatever he wants. Often going against spirits and the narrator, doing what he feels is right and by his own rules. He doesn't like being controlled nor someone telling him want to do (he can get scared of losing control in situation.) Rather, he wants to control someone else or win by himself. He determined do that if he's not scared in the moment, bending reality just to win.
Hope can be manipulative, harsh and abusive with his actions but the princess can catch onto it later. He also low empathy regardless what chapter it is. Such as, he really doesn't care about princess feelings or issues she may have. Though he want her to care about his issues and feeling, because he's selfish.
His bizarre side is where, is unexplainable. Most of these actions are completely out no where. Despite not liking scarring and he would out of nowhere give himself severe injury (depending on dialogue option without hinting it). Violent examples Such as tearing his limbs off, using his organs as "food" (both giving it to princess or self-Cannibalism), starts tearing apart princess without using the blade, attempting to eat princess (somehow tried this on Razor), attempting do self surgery. Non violent examples: jumping out the window for no reason, tossing the princess outside out the door with full force (why use the window when you have door smh), trying to drink drowned grey's water, licking a corpse, attempting to use teeth to break chains, etc. Usually these actions always confuse everyone but Hope himself.
Hope is also very focused on his looks, to point of extreme. He must be perfect, nothing too long nothing out of place, just right.
He only slay the princess if she doesn't deem 'worthy' anymore to him, aka slaying her for being useless.
However, Despite having low empathy and everything else about him, some dialogue choices where is his being genuine in his good and niceness. He can express regret but rare.
Romance? well he doesn't love the princess. At first it was because he thinks she's creepy. But later on, he just prefer being friends with princess. He just thinks it a better outcome just to stay as friends rather than lovers. Story is written in a way they more happier as friends than lovers.
When Hope is completed, Hope's problem is reduced a lot but is not entirely gotten rid of. Meaning he is still egotistic and stuff. But less cruel. However, hope can complete himself without the princess.
If he becomes too arrogant, his appearance changes. If he becomes seductive his appearance changes.
He is mixed between puter pigeon and greater sage grouse.

Most voices are the same expect some differences:
Stubborn is replaced by Opinionated stubbornness, due to Hope being more stubborn at his opinion. Adversary mostly sums up he doesn't want to fight her period. Opinionated Stubbornness basically always on Hope's side on opinions, he won't change his opinion unless hope does. He always defend hope regardless how ridiculous it gets. But he still useful to keep Hope alive. This spirit was created due to Hope not enjoying the fight with the princess on their first encounter.
Opportunist is still the same, expect he seems to hate hope way more. He would insult hope lot more than necessary.
Fallen Hero is just hero, normal human….expect with questionable morality. He is earned by doing something """"heroic."""""
Paranoid acts the same just more snarky (unintentionally) and more paranoid. Ironically paranoid is the reason this game is longer than the originally game. The princess is way too strong because of paranoid. The mansion is long because of paranoid. The construct is fucked up because of paranoid. It because of paranoia and it reality warping abilities is causing problems.
Paranoid is most useless spirit in this AU, this is due to the fact how fear is overran in the construct. In a nutshell, most of the "creepy" appearances is caused by fear including powers. Paranoid actually makes it worst overtime, by overthinking and deranged statements.
Of course he still do the line.

Narrator/Trapped Soul/Echo
Ah the Narrator. Narrator is still a dick. He wants Hope to slay the princess without question. However, He seems a bit more humane and sorrow. In way he kind of not moving on. Sometimes he accidentally reveal something. Sometimes he says deranged sentences (insane rant or something like that).
Depend on the situation, Narrator may feel Empathy towards Hope or Princess. Example being tower because it reminded him too much of what happened to him, so he eager to rebel against tower. He may feel bad for the princess if Hope is being ruthlessly abusive towards princess instead of just slaying her.
Unlike original Narrator, Narrator here do remember the previous chapter but he pretends he don't.
Narrator meant to look like common gackle.
Backstory wise (not the full backstory):
Narrator was in a deadly battle with the God (similar sword of Hope but more new.) At Narrator last breath, he traps the god after slicing the god in half inside of a crystal ball. Before dying….only for him to be transported to the ball too. Turns out, this wasn't intended for him to enter the ball too.
The god's body was split into two orbs. The narrator took one orb and created hope, awhile the other was placed somewhere else. He created the construct inside of the crystal orb. However, he had to deal with hope for 2 days (in crystal) due to he had issues with him. Before finally send him to slay the princess.
He did all of this out of revenge and also to stop the god from destroying the world. He seems regretful to do what he did to hope and princess but not at all to the full god.

Eon's Route/Dark Variants
(top is regular princesses, bottom is dark variants.)
Short and sweet, it's basically different route in the au. The player must talk to unknown secret entity in the bushes. The player would have to agree with meeting with the entity again. Then once chapter 1 starts, player must enter the mansion first. After finishing chapter 1 and going to chapter 2, abort chapter 2. Instead of mound of hands blocking you, you transported to another realm in the construct which completely black, twisted, upside down and distorted. The player would earn a chapter called Eon. Chapters are called episodes instead. The chapter is about Hope's origin, The spirits and The Narrator. Eon's world almost look like construct but the entire background is black, floating objects and trees are upside down.
Only 1 princess out of there chapters can be bring to Eon route. One of them is either of greys.
To get dark variants of princess form, go to the mansion, and then go to closet. Normally there be nothing there, but if talked to entity, a dark gem will be there. Bring it and depending what the player did, the player either gets emo princess (don't bring the blade) or evil princess (bring the blade) (similar to stranger's princesses.) Emo princess is suicidal (opposite of soft princess) awhile evil princess is evil obviously (her hair floats and her eyes are default to black and blue. Opposite of harsh princess). They are not cosmetic, they have new forms that are dark variants of other forms of the regular princess routes. Example: Spectre (regular route) -> Vengeful Spirit (evil princess)/Gloom (Emo Princess). There's only special achievements and memory for them.
The player can also gain a dark variant if they bring gem in chapter 2 and give it to the princess. causing alternative route.

Why the names The Blooming Hope and The Sea of Morality?
The blooming hope was named that way because hope is quite literally narrator's last hope of humanity survival before everything goes to shit. It also because as long as hope is hopeful/determined, things go well.
Sea of Morality is named the way because She is about morals. She knows what is immoral and what isn't based on the experiences of the vessels and knowledge of the current construct. (but somehow still choose being immoral.) Her corpse design is pretty much because she is undead.

I created this au because I like the ghosts vessels in stp and because I wanted to see more unconventionally attractive princess. She not really ugly, just average. it's also because am bored and have nothing else to post.
The princess was just designed off the first chapter princess, since I liked the enlarged fish looking eyes over the large anime looking eyes.
long quiet appearance in this au was made before the creature post. But in a way it fits this au,
TQ having fear extends of putting fear into others. And no, I haven't written TQ to be hateable, I written him to be complicated. He have abusive ways but it's impulsive behavior. (his mind is chaotic at best. In way he suppose be grey.)
Background: am just going to start with this, sorry for taking months, it was a mix of college and other things, but I finally was done. But I didn't do everything I wanted to do, but I was able to make some of it. I didn't want to keep doing this for entire year so I decided to post what I got finished instead. Most likely not continuing this.

Tldr; Superhero au which happens to be Simeon Saint whose antihero.
AU Story:
The story is superhero au, which the superhero in question is Simeon. Simeon Saint is written different in this au in particular. The backstory is still the same……but instead he ends up getting adopted 3 months later from the orphanage after the car incident to a family. Simeon was aloof and his mind was…something at the time. it took about months for to accept the new family (meaning SS-5 incident happened differently but am not typing all that what changed on this post.) So much so that he thought they was his real family. His adoptive father and mother took care of him, and got along with his older sister (related through adoption.) at time, Simeon was nice kid who ended up being mischievous at times. One thing he did remember about his adoptive father, he loved baseball and superheroes. So much so that he tried to teach Simeon baseball but according to his sister he sucks at playing. His father also claim he's always hopeful no matter the situation he's in. He was happy in the situation and was able to eat sweets again…until things went down hill. His adoptive mother disappeared at some point. When he turned 16, his adoptive father was falsely accused of murder and got arrested. He tried to defend his father but failed and was even humiliated. Simeon visited his father until his father was taken away somewhere. After that, he was only left with his sister, which put pressure on the sister that now she forced to grow up just to take care of Simeon.
Simeon was angry in the inside though. It built up by months, he started to be rebellious and break rules on purpose. He hated the law and society. He hated prosecutors (especially prosecutors) and lawyers, anything in the court. Sister tried so hard to make Simeon stop, but she couldn't.
When Simeon got older, he didn't become a clown, but rather works at record store and part-time nightclub employee.(since playing drums ends up helps with his frustrations a bit but not his rage.) He got his own apartment an have a pet guinea pig named curious since apartment doesn't allow big animals. He does have a fake persona he uses day to day, when reality he planning his revenge on what happened to his father and mother some day.
One day, he was walking down the street, just to hear a little boy holding a sign claiming he saw aliens and a man got taken away from aliens along with targeting businesses. Simeon ignore such nonsense as he have more important things to do. Until he was given flyer by someone about distant laboratory is doing a tour. At first he wasn't interested until he just decided to go. When he went on the laboratory tour…he met Bronco Knight. again (bronco knight was body guard of president in au but body double ended up getting shot, which another thing am not typing allat in this post. Here he's high ranking security guard). He remembered what he did to him, but pretended like he was happy to see him again. Though, he realized Bronco knight acted different way too different. But he claimed it's because all employees have to act happy and cheery. But underneath there was extremely nervousness. As they was talking to each other and walking, Bronco lead him to area that contained liquid which was securely guarded glass panes. The nervousness only worsen despite controlling it. Simeon though the liquid colors was at least pretty to look at. Bronco describes the liquid is highly dangerous and can kill anything instantly.
Once bronco was able to make sure Simeon wasn't paying attention, he presses a button to release the secured glass, aggressively picks up Simeon (Simeon was questioning him as well as fighting him back), before finally tossing him into the liquid, awhile staring at him falling down. After simeon was gone, Bronco shows instant regret in his face and upset about it. He left, and enter particular room. He talked to his boss of instead of giving Simeon to them, he decided to kill him instead. The boss was angry because they tasked him to bring his childhood friend but since it was a kill, they decided to higher his rank. But They notice he's upset but tells him to get over it. Hours later, turns out Simeon is still alive but is unconcious. he was later sent to hospital in severe pain. after hours in the hospital, he was able to go back to his apartment…and realize there's something was off about him. When he discovered what was wrong him, he realized he gained powers.

Fast forward, Bronco and the lab employees finds out that Simeon is still in alive. Because of this, Boss got angry with bronco that not only Simeon is still alive, but he have dangerous powers. So the boss convinces Bronco to capture Simeon to prevent Simeon from exploding and to 'heal' him.

Radiocykes AU Story:
Radiobat have been missing for 5 years straight (in the middle of apollo justice), which was alleged kidnap. 5 years later (after dual destinies), Athena was given a flyer to the same laboratory (but in a different location and name). She was thinking about until she ends up inviting Simon over. At some point during tour, Athena gets kidnapped and injected with the very same liquid Simeon fell into. She was later rushed into the hospital with the same severe pains that Simeon had. Blackquill was angry and upset about what happened to Athena and wanted some justice from this. Later find out Athena have gained powers but not the same abilities as Simeon. Though, she later finds out about radiobat (from a folder of information about him), wondering if he's the explanation for what's happening as of right now.

Anyway summary: so basically Simeon Saint/Radiobat commits illegal actions as an hero (who is powerful btw), awhile trying to find out what happened to his adoptive father. Not knowing all of this was connected to aliens somehow. Despite being a 'hero' is not even viewed as one because the actions he caused. However he does mean good in this au, despite not being a good person at all. IF I were to say alignments, chaotic neutral at best since he believe he can do whatever he wants. He in a group with 3 people (Rogers, Uendo and Bloo), but he's often solo.
And he basically hates bronco knight for 98% AU for trying to kill him. Without realizing why he did it. (In nutshell he didn't want his friend to get experimented on at all, but it was either that or get murdered (since he was held at gunpoint) so instead of doing either, he decided to kill Simeon Saint knowing it would horrible decision. Because it would no matter what he was going choose, they was kill Simeon anyway.)
In radiocykes he is released from kidnapped, thinking it still the same year….without realizing it's been 5 years since he's was gone.
The aliens themselves disguises as humans, but some of the are weirdly proportioned. Some may be doppelganger pretending be someone else.

Hello folks! I haven't post in this blog once again but I will say I am in fact working on AU, but not usually for new media, this time old.
I haven't work on an actual au in a while so….

This a superhero/Sci-fi Au! with a mix of fantasy. Alien invasion on top of that. unoriginal au lmao.
Anyway, After his "father" gone missing, Simeon wanted justice to find his father (after being told not too) and get his revenge. However one day, some boy claim there's aliens invading earth. On the same day, meeting Bronco again. Little did Simeon know, that meeting those two would lead to a transformation and adventure that he didn't expect to happen…at least he looks the same right?
The AU mix AAI2 and SOJ awhile also not mixing everything about SOJ (for example this AU is set in 2019.) Rogers and Uendo is important in this AU. oh yea forgot add that ocs exist too.

I have poor memory of the characters cause I haven't look at game in years so I just read it to remind me of the memory. I do remember a few things though. It not like am 10000% doing the game anyway, it au after all.

I watched this one video and it reminded me of something.
So, I used to have friends (aka ex-friends). They typically liked men who looks handsome (usually white, humanoid or Asian as far as I know). All them were either artists or fanfiction writers.
However, whenever I draw men with body hair; they get disgusted, uncomfortable or make a grimace.
With monobrows, they outright think their ugly whenever I draw a character with one or show a character (that am interested in that have a unibrow). (then again they don't like nerdy characters either they not as negative toward them though.)
(This a unreleased character from a story that never been finished or released. the first image is from 2022 and the second is 2025. They obviously didn't like this character cough unibrow))
Whenever they do simp for my characters (generic asf looking ass), I get uncomfortable because its they way they are doing it. I only tolerated it.
Now, I know everyone have preferences but come on, monobrows is not that ugly. or maybe that's me.
Hell they even like this to female characters too (both monobrow and body hair), though I rarely do female body hair, I'll do it sometimes.
In general I just like drawing non-standard beauty sometimes 🤷♀️.
