Nov. 22nd marked Holodomor Memorial Day in schools, while Nov. 23rd is the day it is recognized worldwide.
The Holodomor Research and Education Consortium released a fact sheet that can be used in schools and for basic education about the Holodomor.

Stranger things AU (Bridgerton x House of the dragon crossover? Seriously?)
Why do I have so many ideas that I don’t have the time (and the skills) to write? Anyway, an A/B/O (I’m not a fan of this but it’s useful) in a Bridgerton universe… with dragons! Lord Bauman is an alpha and the nephew of queen Charlotte and he couldn’t care less about the frivolities of life on the Ton. He has his large estate in the countryside, a dragon, he’s writing a book and, above all, he has no interest in marrying an omega… until he meets an unusual one at a ball.
Because Alexei is pretty, intelligent, sarcastic and, oh he tamed his own dragon (only noble alphas are given dragon eggs because they are the only one strong enough to control them)… so Murray immediately proposes a marriage of convenience. Nothing romantic, of course: marry me and my aunt will finally leave me alone and you won’t have to worry about that stupid Russian alpha (Grigori) following you.
I haven't watched season 3, but yeah, I more or less know what happened and let me tell you that I hate that Assane betrayed Ben, because, come on, the man would do anything for you! You literally just had to ASK and he would go to jail for you!
I suppose that not doing that makes sense from a storytelling point of view because it might build tension between them (unless of course the showrunners decide that the steak was enough as an apology) .
Will Assane think that Ben betrayed him? My guess is that part of season four might revolve around the found family trope... she's your mother, but Ben is your real family. I just hope Assane is not going to find out the hard way.
Oh, I also have a question: are we 100% sure that Mariama is actually Assane's mother?
Xenk is that kind of person. The one who would rescue a displacer beast cub stuck in a tree in the middle of a hot summer day... but who is Edgin to complain when the paladin is removing his armor in order to reach the poor creature?

I've decided to write an AU with Murray undercover in a laboratory investigating something suspicious on behalf of Owens and meeting a cute Russian doctor and experiment 005... but I really can't decide whether the experiment should be Billy or Eddie. Either way 005 will probably end up with Steve, but the dynamics would be quite different. Help!
I'm so bad at this Tumblr thing that I realized just, after a couple of months, that I forgot to post links to the latest chapter of my Lupin fic ( it's actually two parts on AO3 because I write too much).
Anyway, here it is and next week I'll start translating the new chapter... in case anyone is still reading this 😁

Greece is currently battling over 100 fires and needs every bit of help she can get. Over the last couple of weeks Greece has been experiencing its worst heatwave in more than three decades, temperatures reached 45°C in some regions and have dried out our very dense pine forests making it very easy for the fire to spread very fast. Hundreds of houses and many villages have been destroyed by the blazes in the island of Evia, the northern suburbs of Athens and the Peloponnese. Athens is engulfed in smoke, the Greek health authority reported levels of up to 465 micrograms of fine dust per cubic meter in the city center, the EU limit is 50 micrograms. Thousands of people have fled their homes, thousands of animals have been burned alive or suffocated by the smoke and over 100.000 acres of forest land have been reduced to ashes.

I am currently in Skiathos, the island in front of Evia and last night, for the first time we saw flames and not just the smoke.
Being very close to the coast, this morning I received a mobile phone alert broadcasted by the Greek Civil Protection that said: wildfire is in your area. If the fire had reached your home and your escape is not completely secured, close doors and windows, block all cracks with wet clothes, remove the curtains and furniture from the window.
I can't even begin to imagine how scary it must have been for the people there. 😭

So basically a soulmate fic with a little twist... Benjamin is Juliette's brother, so Pellegrini's son. And I doubt that Hubert Pellegrini would approve of a bond between Ben and Assane...
