This has definitely been flying around in my head for a while, especially after watching the Freeze MV. Just thoughts, maybe it'll be something more later...maybe not.

The Districts are broken up and run by different 'Families', except they're families with a difference. Its a crime ridden world where survival usually requires some back handed deal, turned heads or full involvement. In one District, the family are known for their 'business' dealings, but also their willingness to provide a protect their District and its people. Simply known by their hidden tags on the walls and in the streets. SKZ.
Bang Chan- head of 'family', he used to run on the streets committing petty crimes for other gangs or as a way of survival, but now 'owns' the district he was an orphan in. He heads a "company" that has a hand in exports, imports, the whole deal, on the flip side of it. He does keep his "area" or district and its residents safe from the other gangs etc. His, is a dark past that is rarely mentioned by anyone who knows him. To do so is a risky business.
Lee Know- Head of the security and arsenal (weapons, cars etc who keeps things in check) he's also the one that deals with the organisation of the company, he carries out the orders from Chan and distributes them. The getaway driver, his silence and hard demeanour are known to intimidate their rivals and 'business' associates. He and Changbin handle the killings that are needed to make the most impact or used for public messages in the district.
Changbin- he runs the streets at street level, known for" scene tagging" ie, leaving their known symbol on the wall at the scene of a crime, and the heavy hitter, he covers the security of the family along with Lee Know. One of 'Family' fronts is an old boxing club, which is listed under his name and where he escapes to when space is needed. Fire is his speciality.
Hyunjin- a double act with another gang member Felix, he uses his photography skills to collect surveillance, but is also known as the "deal breaker" or "silent assassin". He is sent to deals to negotiate thanks to his ability to charm people and also acts as a verifier due to his background in art and forgery. The silent assassin, not many see him coming thanks to being light on his feet. He finds beauty in the way blood spills on the floor, a melancholy poet.
Han- he's the one who arranges the deals, who signs the deals and also arranges for the exports and imports if needed. He's the world traveller, the face of the deals thanks to his charm and hand in the black market, something that started when he was running deals for a fashion company. He knows the underground scenes and has the connections. Any travel that needs to happen, Han is the one to organise it, any public appearances for their "legitimate business" he is the one who gives the speeches.
Felix- Known as the "smiler" or the "angel killer" thanks to his known kills always coming out of nowhere and always with a smile. Along with this, he is seen feeding the orphans in the district, a stark contrast to his real job hence the name, "angel killer". He, along with Hyunjin are the sweet talkers and the duo who carry out the killings that need subtlety. He also understands how to mix untraceable poisons. He heads the main family bar in the district, the basement used for deal making and always to the relaxing tones of the lounge singer hand picked by Felix.
Seungmin- Whilst he is one of the youngest in the family, this is used to his advantage, no one would suspect the sweet faced, silent child to be one of the most accurate snipers, but that's where his strength lies. Sharp wit and even sharper aim. During operations or stings, he's usually there, but unseen acting as their cover, usually concealed on a roof or in the shadows somewhere. If he is in negotiation meetings, opposition sit on edge knowing that he has a concealed weapon for if it's needed.
I.N- The tech genius, the one that can hack and break codes, the one who keeps their cyber stocks and security in check whilst also creating unique weapons for the family. He was recruited after he managed to break in the hideout compound after hearing that there was an unguarded wealth, it was only by happenstance that he was caught and having impressed boss, Chan, he was given a role in this complex family.
