31 Day Weight Loss Challenge + flexibility & Strength
I know that many people said that yoga isn’t for losing weight, but I can’t support that because besides that yoga helps you to stay healthy (have better food choices) brings you strength, flexibility and helps a lot to your body to burn that extra pounds.
I did some program to help me build my strength on the core and for my flexibility without even noticing that I’ve been losing weight, isn’t that awesome? I decided to publish this program with you, so this journey could even be more easy to all if we share and do this together, don’t you think?
You don’t have to follow me (this challenge it’s only for motivate you to workout on december)

Take your measurements* ( Weight: Arms: Chest: Bust: Waist: Stomach: Hips: Upper Legs: Lower Legs: )

Pick a pose, the pose you desire the most to performance (ex. I will pick compass pose)

Make a yoga journal, share some photos of your practice, your feelings, your doubts, or/and something fun that you have experienced.
