Whenever Senna is reincarnated, she is filled with multiple memories, most of which she won’t even be around long enough to ‘remember’. These memories could be good, or bad, or somewhere in between. Despite the fact that none of the memories truly belong to Senna, she always see’s herself in them, or feels that she was present during the time of the memory.
This is likely due to the fact that the Blanks have forgotten these memories, and therefore there would be no telling which Blank one specific memory belongs to. Senna fills in the void, thus taking on all the memories as if they’re her own. She obviously doesn’t know any better, and due to her personality whether it’s revealed to her that she’s the Shinenju or not, she will stubbornly insist that some of the memories are truly her own, from her past life ( or current life, depending on what she is reincarnated as ).
However, due to her not actually being a real person, there is not way for the memories she does actually make to ever transfer to a Blank and stay there.
If we take the movie into example here, Senna lives her life as a Shinigami, defeating the Blanks ( that I’m sure to her register as something like a Hollow ) and doing basic duties such as patrolling the city and making sure lost souls are able to pass over peacefully. She builds a friendship with Ichigo, meets Rukia and Kon, and even encounters some of the Gotei 13, as well the Dark Ones. When she comes to realize what the Blanks are, she realizes that her memories are actually their memories ( though she still does insist that some of the memories were truly her own ). Upon returning the memories, she begins to fade from existence.
Rukia tells Ichigo that since Senna was never truly alive during their lifetime, that she will fade from their memory. There will be no way to remember a girl who never existed.
This is the same for Senna. The memories of this life that she lived are completely gone. Any and all memories of Ichigo, of being a Shinigami, of being captured by the Dark Ones, returning the Blanks memories, etc. are gone from her. Senna is not able to remember her past lives lived, because she never truly existed.
This isn’t to say she can never be reincarnated as a Shinigami again, because chances are she has lived as a Shinigami many many times. But she can not remember any lives she, as the Shinenju, have lived. Her ‘memories’, are truly not her own, and any past life she does remember, never actually belonged to her.
tl&dr: Senna cannot, and will not, ever remember her life she lived throughout the course of the Memories of Nobody movie. She has memories from the Blanks, but is not capable of remembering any past lives she may have actually lived through.
