Does Vox have days where he just lays there, unresponsive, to the point even Alastor is a bit worried? Like he might be a broken piece of machinery at that point, his face is fuzzy and frozen in a stare and he seems completely unaware of anything.

face just displaying static, body ocassionally twitching but otherwise laying still and not reacting to any of Alastor's jabs. he's going through a lot with the aftermath of his defeat (and the cocktail of pain meds he's on) coupled with Alastor's constant presence.

Do you think there would be a breaking point for Vox (attic wife AU) where Alastor has truly seen what was done but maybe takes it too far with Vox when teasing 🤔 and Vox just starts switching back and forth right in front of him? (Kinda think of like half his face sweet and innocent his lovely wife and the other half is Present day Vox?) Perhaps it comes a day where Vox/wife can't differentiate themselves? (Maybe Alastor feels really bad seeing this how far its gotten?)

And then either Alastor and the Vees are forces to take turns sharing him?

oooo, that's an interesting thought! I could see Alastor taking it too far (he hasn't shied away from basically poking around Vox's brain after all), but once he sees the damage he caused, he backs off in shock. Vox's face might flicker every few seconds, voice staticy, just hopelessly instable.

I think Alastor would regret what he did - now the image of his sweet wife is tainted by the ocassional glimpse of modern Vox who glares at him with murderous intent before it switches back to a lovesick gaze.

over time, Vox's mental state is somewhat more stable, but he still switches back and forth occasionally...I feel like the Vees would at first refuse HARD to let Alastor anywhere close Vox after what he did, but once Vox slips into atticwife-mode, he keeps crying his eyes out for Alastor, so...they might hand over Vox to Alastor (but only with surveillance)
